• Educational Qualification for Divisional Fire Officer
• Graduation from a recognized university
• CCC Exam Pass
• National Fire Service College Nagpur Divisional Fire Officer Course
• A valid license to drive a motor vehicle
• Consecutive posts above Fire Officers Station Officer Sub Officer or equivalent post in Fire Services
• Should have four years of experience

Age limit should not exceed 45 years

Educational Qualification for Driver cum Pump Operator

• To be appointed in direct recruitment selection should have educational qualification of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination HHC or its equivalent work approved.
• Fireman Fire Technology from National Fire Academy Vadodara or Gujarat Govt recognized ITI or equivalent score should pass GCVT or NCVT from Govt recognized institutes
• Heavy motor vehicle license should be mandatory
• Must have knowledge of swimming
• Should have one year experience as fireman or driver cum operator in fire services or two years experience in driving heavy motor vehicle elsewhere.

Age limit should not exceed 35 years
