 LPG Gas E KYC : How to do LPG Gas E KYC online to get subsidy on any gas connection? For the convenience of the customers, all the gas companies have started the online LPG Gas E KYC facility. Through this, customers can do online E KYC from their mobile phone sitting at home.

Why is E KYC required?

1. E KYC is mandatory for consumers to avail subsidy.
2. If the customer does not do E KYC then their subsidy may stop.
3. E KYC is a good process to verify the identity of customers.

How to do LPG Gas E-KYC?

• 1. First of all, download the mobile app of the gas agency associated with your gas connection in your mobile.
• 2. After downloading, enter the mobile number associated with your gas connection and register through OTP verification.
• 3. Here you have to create a 4-digit m-PIN which will be used for login.
• 4. Once the account is registered, you will be shown several service options in the app. From there, go to e-KYC option.
• 5. After going to LPG Gas E-KYC you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
• 6. Enter the OTP in the given box and verify.
• 7. After this go to Proceed and now customer's face will be matched with Aadhaar Face ID app. After the face is matched, your mobile camera will turn on.
• 8. Now the face of the person in whose name is the gas connection has to be captured in the camera frame.
• 9. While doing LPG Gas E-KYC, the camera and eyes should flash only on the face.
• 10. After Aadhaar Face ID verification, your LPG Gas E-KYC process will be complete.
