The process of loan waiver of the farmers included in the beneficiary list is being made within 45 days, that is, the loan of such farmers will be waived compulsorily within these days. An attestation certificate will also be issued when the loan is waived off.

• The charge of this scheme is being fully handled by Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath.
• In this scheme, as per the target of 2024, the loan of up to 5 lakh farmers of the state is to be waived off.
• Bank loans of up to ₹100,000 of up to 5 lakh farmers are assured to be waived off.
• Only those farmers whose loan period has exceeded the repayment period are being selected in this scheme.
