Submersible pumps which are driven by electric motor and diesel engine which are used by the farmers for irrigating the land for irrigation of the type of motors i.e. pump sets have been given assistance by the government and forms are currently being filled under this scheme.

Submersible pump sets for general farmers will be eligible for 75% on purchase of three HPG or Rs.15,750 each whichever is less 75% on five hp or Rs.22,350 7.5 hp on purchase or Rs.27,995 on 10 hp 75% on cost or Rs. 33,525 whichever is less according to both these will be eligible
OIL ENGINE For purchase of machine for general farmers three to three points 75% of cost in five hp or Rs 8,700 whichever is lower Also below for five hp 75% of cost or ₹12,000 in 7.5 to 8 hp 75% of cost or Rs 13,5 75% of the cost in 10hp or Rs 13,875 whichever is less will be eligible.
Pump sets agricultural scheme
- In this way, maximum assistance up to Rs 33,525 is given to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe farmers.
- The applications under this scheme have been started by the agriculture department and the last date to apply is 30th September 2024 in which you have to apply before 30th.

Now farmers can apply online for Pump Set Sahay Yojana by themselves at home and can also apply online through Gram Panchayat.
How to apply online for Pump Set Sahay Yojana is as follows
- First go to the Pump Set Sahay Yojana website in the iKhedoot portal
- After opening i Khedut click on Pump Set Sahai Yojana
- After clicking on plan in it open horticulture plans at row number three
- Horticulture plans will show various horticulture plans like after opening
- In which the website has to be opened by clicking on Apply in Diesel Electric Petrol Pump Set
- You will then be asked whether you are a registered applicant farmer in which yes if you are registered and no if you are not.
- If you have registered then you have to apply by entering captcha code after entering Aadhaar number and mobile number
- If the beneficiary is not registered on the Ai Khedut portal, he has to select no and apply online
- The beneficiary farmer has to click on save application after filling the online application with complete information
- Then the beneficiary has to confirm the application by checking the details again once the application is confirmed
- Please note that there will be no revision or increase in the application number
- Beneficiary after applying online get print based on his application
- After getting the print by the farmers, signature coins have to be done
- After that, the documents have to be uploaded as requested on the IKhedut portal
