In return, financial benefits will also be given to the concerned Gram Panchayat.
Free Solar Panel
Under Free Solar Panel, if a solar panel is installed under a family, then financial assistance will be provided to the concerned Gram Panchayat from untied funds. For your information, there are about 11341 panchayats in the state under which if a family installs even one solar panel then ₹1000 will be provided to the village panchayat in return.
The fund provided under this scheme is led by Grameen Vikas and Panchayati Raj, although the amount to be provided in the fund is not fixed but the funds are released by the Finance Department on the proposal from time to time as required. goes and reduces the increase in the amount of the fund.
Purpose of Free Solar Panels
The government aims to connect 927,901 families with solar panels in this session and whoever installs solar panels will be given ₹1000 to the respective Gram Panchayat and if the specified 927,901 families install solar panels, then the village will get Rs. 92 crore 79 lakh rupees will be provided to the panchayat. Apart from this, the amount to be released under MNREGA as well as other items can be included in this fund.
Free Solar Panel Scheme Information
At present it has been decided by the state government that the Gram Panchayat will be funded at the rate of ₹1000 per house but the budget for this has not been announced yet and information is coming out that the provision of the budget will be made in the next financial year. It will be done in the year 2025 and 26. A fund amount of ₹ 1000 will be given to the Gram Panchayats from the Untied Fund by the Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.

- A subsidy of 60000 rupees is provided for installing the same 2 KW solar panel.
- Citizens who install three kilowatt capacity solar panels will get a subsidy of 78000.
