• As soon as your ration card number is verified, the complete information about your ration card will appear on the screen. Here the names of all the members included in your ration card and their called lion status will appear in front of them. KYC is mandatory for members whose name is not written in KYC status
• Now the members are said not to have completed. It is called self can be done online for this you have to go to the official portal of the state food department then you can complete the online kyc process by entering your ration card number and aadhaar number.

Offline KYC process

If online KYC facility is not available on the official ration card portal of your state food department then you have to complete the KYC process offline i.e. by visiting your ration shop from where you get your ration.

If the said member is not completed then go to the silk shop with the photo copy of the member's Aadhaar card and complete the process with the said ID of the ration dealer. Note that don't forget to link your mobile number in the KYC process as well.
