  • STEP 1: Visit https://pmsvanidhi.mohua.gov.in and click on “Login” button on the homepage.

  • STEP 2: Enter mobile number and captcha. Click on Request OTP.

  • STEP 3: After successful login, select valid “Vendor Category” from available options. Enter “Survey Reference Number” (SRN) which is mandatory
  • STEP 4: After entering these basic details, fill the application form online, upload relevant documents and submit.
