Vahli Dikri Yojana Benefits
Under Vahli Dikri Yojana Online, benefits are available in total in three installments. 1,10,000/- (One Lakh Ten Thousand) will be available to the beneficiary daughters in three installments.
Detail regarding installment in aid How much and when will the assistance be available?
Under the first installment beneficiary daughters will be given Rs. 4000/- will be available.
By second installment Beneficiary daughter at the time of admission in class-9 Rs. 6000/- will be available.
under the last installment A total assistance of 100000/- (One Lakh) will be available as higher education/marriage assistance to a daughter who attains the age of 18 years. But daughter's child should not be married.
Vahali Dikari Yojana 2024
The Vali Dhoti Yojana was launched in the year 2018 by the Gujarat government to promote girl child education and prevent feticide. The scheme was launched by Chief Minister Shri Vijay. This scheme has been started to increase the amount of education among girls and to avoid financial burden in education when they want to pursue higher studies. This scheme will also be very useful to reduce the drop out ratio in education.

Vali Dotti Yojana Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Abhiyan has been started by Gujarat Government. Through this scheme, this scheme has been implemented to increase the birth rate of daughters, to improve the financial condition of the daughter's parents and to help the daughter financially for higher studies. Under this scheme, the amount of support is paid to the daughter in 3 installments. First installment of 4 thousand rupees when daughter enters class 1, second installment of 6 thousand rupees when daughter enters class 9 i.e. secondary school and 1 lakh rupees is given to daughter for higher studies when daughter completes 18 years. . Thus, a total aid of 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees is given by the government to the daughter

The Women and Child Development Department, Gujarat State issued an official circular of the Vali Dotti Yojana on 31/07/2019 and implemented the scheme across the state. This scheme has been started with the aim of improving the education of girls in the state, reducing child marriage and overall empowerment of the society.
Eligibility For Vahali Dikari Yojana 2024
- Daughters born after 02/08/2019 will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Maximum 2 daughters of the couple will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Both the first and second daughter of the couple will be eligible, but the second daughter must have undergone birth control surgery.
- If there is a first son and a second daughter, then the second daughter will be eligible for assistance. But after the second child birth control operation should be done.
- All the daughters will be eligible for the benefit of this scheme except in the exceptional case of first daughter and second daughter being born together (twins) or more. But after the second child, the birth control operation should be done.
Vahali Dikari Yojana 2024 For benefits available?
In the Vali Dotti Yojana, the support will be paid to the daughter in three installments, which are as follows.
- First Installment: Rs 4000/- will be payable at the time of admission to first class of girls.
- Second Installment: Rs 6000/- assistance will be available when daughter enters 9th standard.
- Third Installment: Rs 1 lakh will be available as higher education/marriage assistance at the age of 18 years, but the daughter should not be child married.
Vahali Dikari Yojana2024 For Form?
The form of Vali Dhotti Yojana will be given free of cost in the Anganwadi Centre/CDPO office/Gram Panchayat and the office of Women and Child Development Officer Shri. The beneficiary who wants to fill the form of this scheme can apply offline for this scheme by taking the form free of charge from any of the above mentioned offices.
Application Process For Vahali Dikari Yojana 2024?
To avail the benefit of Vali Dhotti Yojana, the beneficiary can get the offline form free of charge from the nearest Anganwadi center or Gram Panchayat or CDPO office or Mahila Bal Vikas office. All the details asked for in the form have to be filled accurately and the required documents are to be attached and deposited at the Anganwadi center or nearest applicable office. Within 15 days of applying, the applicant has to be informed whether the application is approved or not.
