Selection Process
The selection process of IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024 consists of Computer Based Test (CBT) examination followed by Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT). SPPT will be qualifying in nature. The CBT exam will have an objective-type paper containing 100 questions carrying 1 mark each and the time allotted for the CBT exam will be 120 minutes.
